Friendly staff, lovely restaurant, who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my belongings after a 4AM shuttle, making my stay extremely pleasant with its convenient location just a short drive from the airport.

my stay at pullman was wonderful! the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the shuttle driver who took me back to the hotel to retrieve my bracelets. also, the pool area is fantastic, perfect for relaxing with some champagne on the daybeds.

i had a delightful stay with a clean room and super comfy bed. It was just a quick walk to beautiful parks like Tuckeroo Park where i enjoyed some amazing views.

Our stay was exceptional! The room was spacious with a breathtaking view, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring our every need was met promptly.

However, the restaurant menu was overly pricey with limited options, which made dining in less appealing than it could have been.

My stay at Pullman was exceptional! The accommodations were beautiful, featuring a super clean and perfectly sized Superior Room One King Bed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during check-in, ensuring a smooth experience. The shuttle service to the international terminal was prompt, allowing me to catch my flight effortlessly. Room service, although slightly delayed, delivered delicious meals promptly once my order was confirmed.

We had a lovely night celebrating our wedding anniversary with sweet decorations for our little girl and complimentary cocktails for us. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed lounging by it after a long day. The only hiccup was the giant pillows which were a bit too big for the bed, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🎉

I enjoyed a wonderful stay in a spacious room. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, and I especially loved the made-to-order options. Be sure to ask for room service, as it exceeded my expectations. A great choice for solo travelers!

Our stay was truly enjoyable. We loved the pool area, which the kids found perfect for a splash. Plus, the quick walk to Nudgee Golf Club for some family-friendly golfing added to our fun! Also, the comfortable beds were a dream after a long day.

My kids wished there was a designated play area for them. It would have made our stay even better!

The Pullman Hotel in Brisbane had some great features. Our room was clean and cozy. The decor felt modern. The bed offered good comfort, which was perfect after a long travel day. I enjoyed the selection of coffee and tea available in the room. However, the shower gave us some trouble. The temperature fluctuated wildly, making it nerve-wracking to enjoy a warm shower. I also expected a higher quality toilet paper for a 5-star hotel, yet it was just 1 ply. The location was convenient for the airport with a shuttle service, although I found the $8 charge for the shuttle a bit excessive given the room rates. Moreover, the restaurant closed too early at 9 pm, and I found it odd that cocktails weren't available past a certain hour but beer and spirits were. The room service menu was limited, but the food quality exceeded my expectations. Overall, a good stay, but there are several areas for improvement.

We really enjoyed our stay! The junior suite was super cozy and well set up. Michael, the guy at the front desk, was awesome—totally made us feel welcome and sorted out a few hiccups. Breakfast was decent, but nothing fancy. Could’ve used better app integration, tho.

Had a great time with friends! Enjoyed the pool after a day at Nudgee Golf Club then hit the local restaurants. Staff were friendly and everything was easy. Just a heads up, wine prices in the restaurant can be steep, so plan accordingly.

We had some trouble with a colleague’s check-in.
